DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide administrative partner services for the Resilient Home Program in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities include construction management, marketing, and client management support to ensure a unified approach to housing rehabilitation efforts. The vendor will assist with community outreach and marketing activities to generate a robust pipeline of eligible applicants by leveraging partnerships and promoting the program.

The administrative partner will ensure that all work meets applicable building codes, HUD housing rehabilitation and lead-based paint regulations, and county project specifications. Additional duties include managing program applications submitted through the Neighbourly software platform, evaluating homeowner eligibility, and providing timely technical assistance to program partners.
