A government authority in Stamford, Connecticut seeks a qualified, licensed, and bonded vendor to provide comprehensive resident services, family self-sufficiency coordination, and relocation assistance across multiple housing properties. The scope includes planning and delivering resident services, assessing households’ needs through case management, reviewing existing service records, and conducting assessments for new residents to identify service gaps and household dynamics. Vendors are also expected to promote social inclusion and community cohesion via structured events supporting cultural awareness and well-being.

Resident services will involve direct engagement, data management and reporting, advocacy, and community programming, as well as housing stability and crisis intervention. The Family Self-Sufficiency program requires full implementation, participant recruitment outreach, and ongoing coordination. Relocation services will include planning, resident communication, housing search and placement, move coordination, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance and documentation.

Services will target families, seniors, individuals—including those with special needs—residing in various housing properties. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
