Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide residence life management software to support admissions, occupancy, and community management functions. The software should offer online access for both staff and student users through a web portal, mobile application, or similar platform. Key features should include robust information management capabilities, allowing for the acquisition and maintenance of general user data such as names, contact details, and accommodation preferences, as well as the ability to handle a variety of additional data types like requests, characteristics, and pet information.
The selected system must also support comprehensive community management and investigations, featuring tools to document community health, track important interactions and events, and manage the workflow of incidents from initial documentation through investigation and resolution. This includes assignment of case managers, meeting scheduling, setting deadlines, monitoring follow-ups, and recording outcomes. Additionally, the software should facilitate configuration of various user and unit types, enable subgrouping and attribute assignment, and support detailed record keeping for complaints, violations, and contractual information.
All vendor inquiries regarding this opportunity must be submitted by November 28, 2025. The resulting contract is anticipated to have a term of three years.
