DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Camden, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive representation services for a three-year period. The selected provider will oversee the demolition of an existing center and assist in managing and coordinating the site approvals process. Responsibilities include interfacing with design professionals to develop the project design and construction schedule, reviewing and making recommendations regarding the project budget, and assisting in the selection of project consultants.
Additionally, the vendor will coordinate with governmental agencies and professionals during the design phase, review construction procedures with contractors, monitor employment compliance throughout the project, and oversee the procurement of testing agencies.
