The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses for the replacement of the fire station roof at the Butler VA Medical Center, located at 325 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001. This construction project requires the contractor to provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, permits, licenses, travel, and supervision as specified in the project drawings and specifications.
All work must adhere to applicable codes, VA policies, standards, and the terms outlined in the contract. The period of performance for this project is 120 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be awarded as a single, firm fixed-price agreement, following the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement method under Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 15.
