The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses to undertake the replacement of the fire station roof at the Butler VA Medical Center, located at 325 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA. The project involves construction services for the fire station roof replacement, in compliance with all relevant codes, VA policies and standards, and contract requirements.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, travel, skilled trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses, and supervision as stipulated in the construction project drawings and specifications. The period of performance is set at 120 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This contract will be awarded as a single, firm fixed-price contract, following the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedure in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 15.
This opportunity is set aside exclusively for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Interested and eligible firms are encouraged to prepare for the release of the full solicitation, including detailed specifications and drawings.
