The Department of Veterans Affairs at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia, is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for the replacement of Boiler #3 under Project Number 540-22-103. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision required to complete the full scope of work, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
This opportunity is being offered as a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be awarded as a single firm fixed-price contract. The estimated value of the project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period for this project is 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All interested parties must be in compliance with relevant federal registration and certification requirements at the time of proposal submission.
