DESCRIPTION

The government authority in North Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a service provider to deliver rental vehicles insurance replacement services. The selected provider should facilitate convenient booking of rental vehicles for customers making insurance claims—particularly for those with loss of use coverage or not at fault—by integrating this process with the initial claim submission. This will be accomplished through the existing insurance replacement rental vehicle program in collaboration with a network of preferred suppliers.

The organization acts as both a provider of basic auto insurance and an optional auto insurance distributor, and is also responsible for driver licensing, and vehicle registration and licensing within the region. The RFP seeks to simplify and enhance operational efficiency through technology utilization, including integration with platforms such as Guidewire. Regional coverage by service providers is required, ensuring capacity across all designated areas.
