A government authority in Colorado is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive renovation services. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean work area on a daily basis, including transporting rubbish to a designated on-site location and ensuring proper containment and removal of all debris.
Throughout the project, the contractor is required to keep all work and storage areas free of waste materials, leaving the premises in a neat and orderly condition upon completion. Duties include the removal of surplus material, waste, tools, equipment, and scaffolding, as well as cleaning and polishing all hardware affected by the work to ensure it is left free from paint, grease, and dirt. All questions regarding the project must be submitted by April 23, 2026.
