Renewal of ManageEngine OpUtils Software Suite

The organization seeks a vendor to provide the renewal of the ManageEngine OpUtils software suite for a one-year contract period. ManageEngine is an annually subscribed, integrated identity and access management solution designed to manage user identities, govern access, enforce security, and ensure compliance within the organization.

This software offers a customizable interface for account management, including onboarding and offboarding employees, thus enhancing productivity for help desk operations and achieving overall cost savings. Key features include out-of-the-box reporting, integrated Active Directory (AD) management, a self-service portal, and AD auditing. The solution must be provided as an on-premises software subscription license and should be able to manage and audit changes in Active Directory as well as track modifications across other network devices and applications such as Group Policy, Windows file shares, VMWare, Linux, SQL Server, and IIS.

Additionally, the solution is required to restrict technician access through native Active Directory permissions and enforce role-based controls for change management. A module for integrated IP Address Management (IPAM) and Switch Port Mapping must be included.
