DESCRIPTION
NASA is seeking the renewal of Synopsys software maintenance to support the Engineering and Technology Directorate (ETD) at the Goddard Space Flight Center. This contract will ensure uninterrupted access and support for Synopsys software products critical to ongoing technical operations at the facility.
The procurement is planned as a sole source award to Synopsys, Inc., the original software provider, as they are the exclusive source for required maintenance services. Interested organizations may submit written documentation of their capabilities and qualifications for consideration. All submissions must be provided in writing by the deadline specified in the announcement.
This procurement will follow the provisions, clauses, and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, particularly FAR Parts 12 and 13.
