The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design-build services for the removal and replacement of the existing nurse call system at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The scope covers a comprehensive survey of the facility’s public address system and the design and implementation of a new, code-compliant digital networked nurse call system, fully adhering to current VA Design Guidance.
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the project, including the removal and replacement of all relevant components such as the headend amplifier system, speakers, conductors, and conduit throughout the facilities. The project period of performance is 365 days, with an estimated magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
