DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide remote crisis communication services for a large organization serving the public. The selected provider will support communication efforts during crises or emergencies, ensuring effective response to rapidly evolving situations.

Key responsibilities include acting as a spokesperson or offering coaching for spokespersons during high-profile or sensitive crises, supporting or conducting press conferences, and developing Q&A materials and holding statements. The vendor will also provide real-time monitoring of media, social media, and stakeholder feedback, and advise senior leadership on communication strategies.

Coordination with government communications teams and the delivery of stakeholder communications are essential. The initial contract period is set for five years.
