The Friends of Front Range Rail campaign in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and launch a relational engagement platform to serve as the central organizing hub for its supporters. This platform will support efforts to build public awareness, increase engagement, and generate grassroots momentum for Front Range Passenger Rail.
The project requires the creation of an interactive and easily accessible digital platform, available via web and mobile devices. Key features should include a dashboard for registered supporters, tools for posting and sharing content, logging outreach activities (such as friend invitations, social shares, and event participation), and hosting or co-hosting local events. The platform should incorporate a points-based rewards or recognition system to incentivize participation, with options for merchandise, event access, or public recognition.
In addition, the platform must provide analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling data collection to track supporter engagement, volunteer activity, and geographic reach. Dashboard metrics should be available for district staff to monitor participation and activities. Deliverables include a fully functional, mobile-responsive web platform, a comprehensive user registration and engagement dashboard, administrative tools for campaign management, and training materials for staff. The contract is expected to run for one year.
