DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide a regional visitor brand development service to create a coherent and recognisable regional visitor identity. The identity should inspire visitors, support sustainable growth across the visitor economy, and complement the region’s existing destination brands.

The service will include insight-informed brand system development; messaging frameworks; brand usage guidelines; narrative tools; photographic and videographic style guidance; tone-of-voice and social media content frameworks; and an internationalisation strategy. The vendor will also develop endorsement protocols, usage rules, creative templates, adaptable asset libraries, and example applications for consumer, trade, and business event markets.

The engagement will include launch, implementation, and activation planning with internal and external stakeholders, along with stakeholder training.
