DESCRIPTION
The contractor will provide regional strategic leadership and content direction for program activities. Responsibilities include designing high-impact agendas, identifying and securing high-level speakers, defining strategic program requirements, and developing and managing relationships with companies to establish trainee selection criteria and recruit participants.
The contractor will maintain course participant records to determine when individuals have completed the requirements for course certification. The contractor will also identify relevant existing training facilities and assess their capabilities against curriculum requirements, including conducting meetings and interviews with in-house technical personnel and outsourced subject matter specialists and trainers.
Additional responsibilities include tracking progress toward project goals, objectives, outputs, and outcomes, as well as identifying and evaluating training facilities and their training capabilities. The contract period will be one year. Questions must be submitted by August 22, 2026.
