Regional Public Health Strategic Plan Service

A consultant is sought to assist with the development of a strategic plan aimed at strengthening the regional public health infrastructure in southern Wisconsin. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with health officers and staff across the region to assess current public health capacity, identify opportunities for resource sharing, and craft a practical and actionable strategy.

Key aspects of this project include evaluating the region's epidemiological capacity and recommending a sustainable model for regional epidemiology. Additionally, the consultant will assess readiness and identify opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence (AI) within public health operations. The scope further encompasses identifying ways for local health departments to share resources more effectively. This initiative is designed to enhance collaboration and innovation among public health entities in the southern region of Wisconsin.
