DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Portland, Oregon seeks a skilled consultant to conduct a regional land bank study service. The selected consultant will facilitate regional exploration of land bank models and provide technical expertise to guide a workgroup in determining regional land banking goals and assessing financial, legal, and institutional requirements.
