DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for operating and marketing a region-wide commuter vanpool program in California. Services must include the overall administration of the vanpool program, covering vehicle maintenance, insurance, program marketing, customer service, and all required administrative functions.
The vendor is expected to actively grow the vanpool program by soliciting new customers and increasing the number of vanpools in the region. Additionally, the contractor will provide the necessary personnel to deliver prompt and effective customer service and support for participants in the Subsidy Program. Attendance at periodic sales and marketing meetings is required, focusing on start-up initiatives and coordination of any program changes or outreach efforts aligned with the region's rideshare program.
