DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive assessment services related to refugee resettlement and community integration. The assessment will address areas including housing, education, healthcare, employment, and additional essential resources. The selected vendor will analyze existing data and gather input from key stakeholders to evaluate current constraints and develop recommendations in support of community capacity building.

This initiative requires identification of clear transition points for refugees, from arrival through education (apprenticeships, re-credentialing, job-embedded training) leading to gainful and in-demand employment opportunities. The project is expected to ensure that both community stakeholders and refugees can clearly visualize the pathway to economic self-sufficiency and verify that integration plans are aligned with broader strategic objectives.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 9, 2026. The contract period is for one year.
