The City Clerk’s Office is seeking a comprehensive redaction software solution designed to securely and efficiently remove sensitive information from a variety of digital formats. The ideal solution will support municipal and law enforcement applications, providing staff with tools to redact information from video, audio, document, image, and PDF files while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and confidentiality requirements.
The software must feature AI-enhanced detection capabilities, using automated or machine learning technologies to identify and mask sensitive data such as faces, license plates, names, addresses, and other personally identifiable information. Manual review and adjustment should also be supported to guarantee accuracy. The contract for this software solution will be for a period of one year.
Vendors are required to ensure that their proposed solution facilitates efficient, multi-format file processing within a unified platform or interface. All vendor questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 16, 2025.
