The selected vendor will provide comprehensive recruitment marketing and creative campaign services as a full-service marketing partner. Responsibilities include developing an innovative campaign with strong brand positioning, detailed audience insights, and key messaging, alongside the creation of creative assets such as videos, graphics, and copywriting. The approach must utilize accessible and inclusive design principles to ensure broad appeal and effectiveness.
The service provider will deliver a complete recruitment marketing strategy, encompassing employer brand positioning, value proposition, audience segmentation, messaging framework, and media mix planning. Social media strategy development is required, including a content calendar, creation of engaging organic and paid content, and establishment of metrics for engagement and performance tracking. Creative deliverables will cover graphic design for both print and digital uses, concept-driven video production, and copywriting for advertisements and social media content. The contract period is for one year.
