DESCRIPTION
The government is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive recruiting marketing services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a program manager to oversee all aspects of a recruiting and retention marketing program, including the development of a lead management system, execution of marketing campaigns, and supplying training and consultation as required.
The vendor will manage the overall recruiting and retention marketing program, coordinate various marketing initiatives, and provide detailed monthly reports on campaign progress and effectiveness. At least two online training sessions must be conducted for government marketing staff and recruiters. Additionally, the vendor must offer market research, mapping, and analytics support using GIS analytic best practices to visualize, analyze, and interpret geographic data within 45 days of a request from the government.
