The client is seeking a marketing partner to deliver an innovative recruiting creative campaign. The project scope includes the development of brand positioning, audience insights, messaging frameworks, and the creation of creative assets such as videos, graphics, and copywriting. The campaign must be comprehensive, incorporating strategy development, social media planning, and accessible, inclusive design that aligns closely with both organizational values and the cultural context of the city.
Specific deliverables include graphic design for print and digital advertisements, posters, and social media graphics, as well as full-service video production from concept development through editing. The selected partner will craft key messaging for advertising and social media, develop a robust social media strategy and content calendar, design both organic and paid social media posts, and provide an engagement reporting framework. Additional requirements include audience segmentation, creation of personas, messaging and tone guidelines, media mix/channel strategy, campaign timeline and activation plan, and a well-defined measurement approach with key performance indicators (KPIs). Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by May 20, 2026.
