Recreational Soccer Camp Program Service

The government authority in Ocean, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive recreational soccer camp program. The camp must organize team playoffs for similarly aged groups to foster team skills, tactical understanding, and good sportsmanship. Instructors and coaches are expected to model positive behavior and uphold professionalism throughout all interactions. The Camp Director is responsible for discipline and may remove any unruly participants at their discretion.

Administrative responsibilities include ensuring all flyers and registration forms direct correspondence to the camp or director and handling all mailings, which must detail the camp curriculum, schedule, location, fees, and instructor information. The instructor-to-camper ratio must not exceed 1 to 12, and campers will be evaluated and grouped by age and skill to ensure appropriate instruction starting from the second day. Daily sessions will focus on core soccer skills—including offensive and defensive fundamentals, shooting, corner kicks, penalty shots, and passing—and will also feature dedicated drills to improve individual and team performance. The Camp Director must have at least five years of coaching experience at the collegiate level and a minimum of five years’ experience in soccer camp operations, with at least two years as a soccer camp director.

All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by February 27, 2026. The initial contract term is one year.
