A California district is seeking a cloud-based recreation management software solution to enhance its reservation, billing, reporting, and fee management processes. The desired system must support scalable operations, accommodating future growth in transaction volume, inventory, facility locations, revenue sites, and storefronts.

Key requirements include the ability to track and report high-level revenue and usage analytics, dynamic application of usage-based fees, prevention of double-booking, and the generation of billing invoices. The software should support mass block reservations, as well as multi-day and multi-site bookings. Robust search capabilities, password recovery features, and the ability to process deposits, refunds, and reservation transfers are essential. All system activities, including changes and deletions of reservations and sales, must be thoroughly tracked.

The platform will be hosted, maintained, and operated independently of the district and county network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable access and data management.
