The State of Minnesota is seeking a recreation management software platform designed to handle a wide range of functions, including activity registration, facility bookings, membership management, point-of-sale transactions, and rental reservations. The system should provide comprehensive reporting capabilities and deliver user-friendly, actionable insights to support informed decision-making across all operations.
The platform must be highly customizable, allowing for tailored dashboards, color-coding, consistent terminology, and activity recommendations based on user type to support both branding and operational requirements. Robust automated communication features are required, enabling confirmations, notifications, and reminders via both email and SMS. Additionally, the solution should offer enhanced user experience through a mobile-first design and support HR-related functionalities such as staff scheduling and clock-in/clock-out features. APIs must require authentication and authorization for secure integration, and the system should include AI-assisted tools to help build program elements.
Vendors are encouraged to propose scalable, modern recreation management systems that meet these specifications. The contract is anticipated to extend for a five-year period. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by December 11, 2025.
