The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing initiative focused on recovery, showcasing the resilience and strength of the local business community. This initiative aims to encourage both visitors and residents to engage with and support local businesses impacted by recent challenges.
Scope of work includes campaign development, creation and deployment of targeted marketing content, digital marketing and advertising, as well as social media campaigns. The vendor will also be expected to establish partnerships or collaborations that increase visibility and drive customer activity for local businesses, alongside performance tracking and reporting.
The project requires a thorough review of the context, including business recovery priorities and opportunities to influence spending behaviour. The vendor must recommend effective marketing channels and tactics tailored for a limited budget, such as location-based and intent-based digital targeting. Deliverables include strategy development, campaign planning with defined timelines and performance indicators, and messaging aligned with project objectives.
