The State of Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, implement, and support an advanced Records Management System (RMS) designed for incident-based reporting and comprehensive system integration. The proposed solution must be an industry-proven platform that incorporates best practices, offers innovative features out-of-the-box, and demonstrates a track record of high service levels, continuous innovation, and a long-term commitment to client support.
The RMS must deliver robust functionality, ample support, and advanced interface capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with the Adult Information System (AIS) or jail management system and the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, which is being procured separately. The objective is to replace the agency’s current RMS with a cost-effective, modern technology that enables efficient incident and offense documentation.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing experienced staff to perform all aspects of installation, implementation, configuration, integration, training, project management, customer service, and ongoing maintenance support. The contract will have a five-year duration. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 4, 2026, and all vendor questions must be submitted by February 23, 2026.
