A supplier is being sought to provide long service recognition gifts and manage an online platform supporting ceremonies, gift selection, and delivery for honourees in Saskatchewan. The successful vendor should have demonstrated experience in supplying long service recognition gifts and developing online platforms that can handle the full event cycle.
Responsibilities include delivering an effective online platform for managing event invitations, RSVPs, attendee information, and ceremony advertising. The platform should also offer post-event features such as surveys and access to photo downloads. Collaboration with staff will be necessary to curate platform content, oversee gift selection, and provide customer service.
The supplier must prepare the online system, invitations, and RSVP processes by mid-May annually. The platform must support honouree gift ordering during the summer, with periodic deliveries as orders are placed. Gift catalogues should present approximately 50 choices per recognition year (25-year and 35-year), spanning categories like jewelry, home, art, travel, and technology. The contract is set for a three-year period.
