Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive rebranding, communication strategy, and marketing services for the organization. This engagement encompasses refreshing the brand identity, creating a communication and marketing strategy, developing a storytelling and content framework, offering recommendations on tools and platforms, and defining an execution or implementation oversight model.
The scope of work includes analyzing current brand assets and messaging, developing audience personas for both internal and external stakeholders, and creating key messaging frameworks. The vendor will be responsible for articulating the overarching brand narrative and strategic positioning, as well as designing creative concepts for a new logo and an integrated visual identity system covering elements like color palette, typography, graphic assets, and imagery. Verbal brand guidelines—including tone of voice and key messaging examples—will also be established.
A comprehensive Brand Style Guide is to be produced, covering all elements of the new brand identity. Core brand assets such as business card templates, letterheads, email signatures, presentation templates, and social media graphics are to be developed, with final logo files supplied in all necessary formats for both web and print use. The new brand identity must align with the agency’s strategic direction and economic development goals.
Additionally, the vendor will design effective communication strategies by identifying and segmenting key audiences, and will develop storytelling frameworks in alignment with the agency’s priorities and strategic opportunities. The proposal should reflect experience with producing marketing collateral such as white papers, infographics, data-driven visuals, presentations, and related materials.
