The Office of Intelligence and Analysis seeks a commercially available platform capable of facilitating high-quality, reliable real-time detection, analysis, and alerting of emerging risks and critical events derived from publicly available data sources. The required solution should enable comprehensive data ingestion, including coverage of web, news, blogs, forums, social media, multimedia content (text, image, audio, video), broadcast transcripts, live feeds, and public deep and dark web sources. Multilingual analysis supporting over 150 languages and global coverage in more than 190 countries are preferred.
Advanced AI/ML detection capabilities are required, with support for domain-specific models, large language models, and multi-modal analysis across different content types. The platform must provide real-time or near-real-time alerting with minimal latency, contextual enrichment, risk scoring, reduction of false positives, and prioritization mechanisms.
Alerting and workflow features should include configurable alert thresholds, geospatial filtering, mission-tailored alerting profiles, and various delivery methods (dashboard, mobile app, email, SMS, API/webhook), as well as integration with collaboration tools.
