DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide three CFX Duet Real-Time PCR Systems along with accompanying software. The software must enable multiplex amplification, melt curve, and end-point analyses across up to five fluorophores per reaction well. It should facilitate analysis of multiple experiments and generation of comprehensive reports from a single plate through advanced Well Groups features.

The required software capabilities include adding repeat steps in GOTO loops, simultaneous viewing of multiple panes of run data, and support for multiple standard curves using common fluorophores. The platform must offer automated calculations for PCR quantification, allelic discrimination via endpoint fluorescence or Cq values, and automated file emailing upon run completion. Contextual help, grouping/interpretation by technical replicates and biological groups, flexible image export (up to 600DPI, RGB selection), and annotation functions are also specified.

Additional statistical and data analysis functionalities must include t-tests, one- and two-way ANOVA, multi-plate analysis, and integration with PrimePCR for both run setup and results analysis. Tools for control interpretation, various graphical data displays (bar chart, dot plot, box-and-whisker, scatter plot, clustergram, volcano plot), and advanced reporting features are required.
