A public safety agency in California is seeking a vendor to provide a real-time intelligence mapping software platform. The required solution must be commercially available, off-the-shelf, and specifically designed to support public safety operations. It should be fully developed, production-ready, and currently in use by other public safety organizations.
Key features of the platform must include the ability for authorized users to perform searches by address, individual name, or phone number, and to quickly access relevant public safety, intelligence, and contextual data within a unified interface. The system should offer advanced search and query capabilities, along with a web-based interactive map that can display multiple data layers simultaneously. Multi-platform accessibility is essential, with support required for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to ensure usability in both office and field environments.
The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year. Vendors interested in participating must submit all questions regarding the solicitation by February 13, 2026.
