The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is announcing its intent to solicit and award a Third Generation Real Property Support Services (RPSS III) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. The solicitation aims to offer a five-year ordering period, comprising a 24-month base period and a 36-month optional period, for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) tasks supporting the Department of War (DOW) in maintaining accurate facility and property records.
Vendors will be responsible for providing Real Property Support Services (RPSS), including personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services. The scope includes direct maintenance of real property system data, furnishing subject matter experts, and performing standalone studies and analyses such as requirements assessments, utility evaluations, environmental impact studies, and economic or financial analyses, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Eligible offerors must be technically qualified 8(a) small businesses, with performance locations covering DOW installations and other government facilities across both the Contiguous United States and international locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Germany, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Spain, and United Kingdom.
