An opportunity is available for qualified vendors to provide real estate strategy and consulting services in Massachusetts. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering comprehensive market overviews and analysis, which includes reporting on recent real estate activity, current market trends, and lease rates and sales prices across a variety of use categories.
The scope also involves preparing conceptual development program scenarios informed by specific site conditions. This includes breakdowns of square footage by potential uses, unit counts, development layouts, massing diagrams, and projected total development costs. Additionally, vendors will evaluate incentives and market conditions necessary to create successful co-location opportunities for multiple uses—such as housing, public assets, or energy infrastructure—at a single site.
A pre-bid meeting will take place on December 9, 2025, and all questions regarding the engagement must be submitted by January 2, 2025.
