The town is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver real estate marketing and brokerage services for town-owned properties on an on-call basis. These properties are often acquired through tax title foreclosure for unpaid property taxes and may be sold in accordance with Massachusetts regulations.
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary to effectively market and broker the sale of these properties as needs arise. The contract will be for a three-year term.
