The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive real estate data and analytics database solution. The system must deliver home sales counts and average prices across various sale types, including new, regular resale, real estate owned properties, and existing homes. Data should cover the entire nation and be available at the state, metropolitan area, county, and zip code levels, with capabilities for aggregation by regions such as groups of zip codes, counties, metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), or states.

The vendor’s platform should support detailed analytical queries, including breakdowns by owner and buyer types (such as non–owner–occupied and owner-occupied buyers, cash buyers, and mortgage buyers), as well as structure types like single-family detached, attached, condominiums, duplexes, co-ops, and mobile homes. The solution should enable staff to create customized reports based on geography, time period, sale type, structure type, price, and buyer or owner type, with sharing capabilities across the organization.

Data delivery is required electronically, updated at least twice monthly, via an online platform or web portal accessible on standard, agency-approved browsers and computers. The platform must be user-friendly for staff without specialist database knowledge, allowing straightforward querying and downloading of information.
