The district is seeking a qualified vendor to provide real estate brokerage and marketing services for surplus properties. The selected commercial real estate firm will be responsible for exclusive listing and disposition services, ensuring effective marketing and strategic sales efforts.
The scope includes delivering a broker opinion of value, assembling a capable team, and proposing an appropriate fee structure. The district also reserves the right to engage a licensed real estate broker to negotiate a private sale at pricing and terms most advantageous to the district. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects.
