Key responsibilities will include evaluating Town-owned or privately-owned properties for acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, or strategic investment. The vendor will deliver market analysis and valuation, development feasibility and financial modeling, and advisory services related to public-private development opportunities. Additional support will involve assistance with selecting development partners, facilitating real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, and leasing, and conducting economic and policy analysis pertaining to land use, parking, housing, and development initiatives.
The firm will provide strategic planning and implementation support for real estate and economic development projects, including advisory support related to the interplay between parking assets, land use policy, and economic development outcomes within commercial districts. The services are intended to help the town respond proactively to evolving market conditions, regional development activities, and the recommendations of established town plans and strategies.
