DESCRIPTION

The scope of work seeks a vendor to provide React youth engagement services for a statewide initiative in Montana. The program centers on the React youth movement, which is teen-led and dedicated to rejecting the culture of commercial tobacco use while honoring the sacred traditions of tobacco through education, advocacy, and action.

Core responsibilities include managing both statewide and local youth engagement activities, developing coalitions, organizing training, overseeing digital platform operations, and coordinating events. The vendor will be expected to support campaigns such as the Reactor Spotlight, which highlights different React members monthly, and the production and dissemination of React commercials at both the state and local levels.

The overall goal of the initiative is to create the first-ever tobacco and nicotine-free generation through sustained education and advocacy efforts.
