DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide stakeholder engagement services in the context of a re-procurement effort. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and executing approximately 4–6 initial virtual listening sessions with contractors, as well as 4–6 initial listening sessions with clients and families. The format and structure of meetings—including the number, size, and whether sessions are virtual or in-person—are flexible to accommodate stakeholder needs and circumstances.

The engagement process will include identifying and addressing challenges and barriers experienced by stakeholders while receiving services. Following initial feedback, the contractor must also design and execute additional sessions to re-engage stakeholders, review proposed changes, and ensure ongoing communication. At a minimum, two client/family sessions and three contractor sessions are expected in the stakeholder re-engagement phase. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 6, 2026.
