The Town of Brookhaven, New York is seeking a vendor to provide Raylan buoys and related accessories for a two-year contract period. Supplies to be furnished include a variety of navigational buoys, such as the BASE MODEL Buoy 9" DIA. White with Vinyl Wrapper and Pick-Up Eye, Slow Water Green Channel Buoy, Green Float Collar Channel 2 Marker with Internal Ballast, Red Channel Buoy, and a Base Can Buoy White with Internal Ballast and Bottom Mooring Eye.
All products must comply fully with State and Federal Coast Guard regulations regarding color, markings, and symbols. Vendors must ensure that all supplies meet the highest standards of safety and legislative requirements. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 8, 2026.
