The Vermont school-based Medicaid program is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive, web-based solution for Random Moment Time Study (RMTS), cost reporting, and Medicaid eligibility matching services. The selected vendor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of a secure electronic system designed to streamline the administration of school-based Medicaid payment models.
Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, system development, and training to ensure seamless adoption and operation of the solution. The vendor will facilitate quarterly RMTS, offer technical support to Medicaid providers for cost reporting, and maintain a reliable web-based system to manage RMTS operations and reimbursement calculations. Additionally, the vendor will be tasked with delivering technical system support—such as developing or updating reports for real-time, historical, or ad-hoc time study and claiming data—and operating a dedicated Help Desk to address data entry and technical issues.
This contract is for a period of one year.
