DESCRIPTION
This Request for Information seeks vendors capable of providing radiology protocol and scheduling software that streamlines and digitalizes the radiology workflow. The selected contractor will be fully responsible for submitting necessary documentation to obtain and maintain remote access for maintaining the installed software.
The software must support initial user training, and the vendor is required to provide a guaranteed response time of no more than 24 hours for routine issues and within 1 hour for critical or emergent software matters. 24/7 support, including a portal for submitting support tickets, is mandatory.
Key functionalities include digitalizing the protocoling and scheduling process, allowing staff to view the real-time status of orders, the ability to customize and directly print multiple appointment letter templates per modality, a centralized and customizable viewing option for protocols and appointments, and features for differentiating orders by urgency and assigning tasks to appropriate personnel.
