Self check-in options via kiosks are required, allowing customers to register their arrival independently.
The solution should include real-time display boards that show tickets being called to specific counters or windows, complemented by both audio and visual cues to notify customers when and where to proceed. Integration with video calling platforms for virtual appointments is also needed. Additionally, the system should offer data management and analytics capabilities, including the ability to access data for custom report building, track and analyze appointment availability by day and service, and offer a comprehensive analytics dashboard for key metrics.
