The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), under the Office of the Chief Information Officer, intends to renew software licenses for its Quality Management System (QMS) through Propel Software Solutions Inc. on a sole source basis. The licensing package includes multiple types of licenses: 5 Product Performance Licenses per year, 200 Product Quality Licenses per year, 500 Product Collaboration Licenses per year, and 1 Govcloud license (SKU P0051).
The period of performance is scheduled from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2031, including a base year plus four option years. This approach is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted access to the electronic QMS environment, supporting BEP's ISO 9001:2015 quality management processes, and reducing the administrative and operational risks associated with annual renewals. The posting serves as a notice of intent for sole source procurement; it is not a request for proposals, and no additional solicitation documents will be made available.
Interested responsible sources may submit capability statements by the notice closing date for consideration regarding the potential for future competitive procurements.
