The laboratory seeks a vendor to develop a modern quality management system (QMS) over the next 18 months, leveraging previous assessments and process mapping of its individual units and functions. The project will involve process mapping individual laboratory units to create optimized future states as well as enhancements to the laboratory information management system.
Additionally, the selected vendor will be responsible for developing a series of standard processes to establish an asset management system, improving visibility into supply stock levels, expired or missing inventory, procurement needs, and quality system requirements. The scope also includes developing data integrity governance, implementing a quality risk management system, establishing a non-conformance management program, and developing a quality assurance training curriculum.
The contract period is expected to last one year, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
