This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver quality assurance and software testing services supporting the implementation of the court of appeals case management system, a web-based enterprise application. The vendor will provide QA professionals and software testers to ensure the development, integration, and deployment of reliable and secure information systems.
Testing services required include database testing, functional testing, interface testing, software compatibility testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, performance and load testing, disaster recovery testing, and end-to-end testing. The contract period will be for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 8, 2026.
