DESCRIPTION


The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has announced its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Wolfram Research for a software renewal. This acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106–1(b), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.

Interested parties may submit information highlighting their capability to fulfill the requirements; however, the Government will only consider such submissions for the purpose of determining if a competitive procurement process is warranted. The decision to proceed with a sole source or open competition rests solely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation package is available, and no costs associated with the submission of capability statements will be reimbursed.
